Wyoming Medicaid and Telligen invite you to attend Qualitrac Provider Portal training to learn how to submit prior authorization review requests. These trainings will be broken in to three sections and each section will be offered multiple times. You will only need to attend the section or sections that are applicable to you. Each training session will last one hour. All sessions will be recorded and one session from each section will be posted to the https://wymedicaid.telligen.com website for review. We will also post the slides and FAQs so that they can be downloaded as a reference.
Section 1:
This section will focus on the following types of review requests:
- Acute Behavioral Health
- Behavioral Health Residential (PRTF)
- Nursing Facility ECC Requests
- PASRR Submissions
